Not necessarily, it is really up to you.  If you trust the company and its cleaners there shouldn’t be a problem but the decision is yours.

It usually depends on how large your home is or how quickly you want the cleaning job to be done. Normally we provide one cleaner.

Are the cleaners trained?

Yes, they are professionally trained cleaners.

Normally we use cleaning products you provide because everyone has their own preferences.

You can either pay the cleaner direct or you can invoice the company.

Can I meet the cleaner first?

It wouldn’t be a problem if it was required.

What will happen if my cleaner is sick or on holiday?

We will always attempt to provide a replacement as quickly as possible.

You report your wishes to me and it will be rectified.

Yes, we are.

How long will it take to clean my home?

It depends on the size and what is required.Normally I survey each property prior to our commencing your service.

What happens if I want to cancel my appointment or change the day?

Please inform me as quickly as possible which will allow me time to reorganize.

I have pets, should I let you know?
