1. Services

Let Cleanness Be provides professional cleaning services in London and Essex. By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made online or by phone. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payment by card (processed securely via Stripe) or bank transfer.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full booking amount.

4. Access to Property

  • You must ensure our cleaners have access to your property at the agreed time.
  • If access is not possible, we may charge a call-out fee.
  • Keys or access codes provided to us will be kept secure and returned upon request.

5. Our Responsibilities

  • We will provide cleaning services to a professional standard.
  • All our cleaners are trained and insured.
  • We carry public liability insurance to cover accidental damage.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure the property is accessible at the agreed time.
  • Inform us of any hazards or special requirements before the service.
  • Secure valuables and fragile items before the cleaning.

7. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will work to resolve any issues promptly, which may include a re-clean at no additional cost.

8. Liability

Our liability for any damage is limited to the cost of the cleaning service or the cost of repair/replacement, whichever is lower. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
